Ascendo Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Registered Nurses for a high-demand Long Term Care contract in Bristol, SD. We connect top healthcare professionals with respected facilities nationwide, offering consistency, transparency, and real support not just another assignment.

We re looking for a dedicated RN with an active South Dakota license (or compact) and at least one year of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, dependable, and passionate about delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 13-week contract with strong potential for extensions, offering flexible 12-hour day or night shifts. You ll have the stability of guaranteed hours and a predictable routine that allows you to plan your life outside of work.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Earn up to $121,888/year equivalent
• Weekly Pay no surprises, no guessing
• Guaranteed Hours = consistent income
• 12-hour Day or Night Shifts available
• 13-week contract with extension potential

What You ll Be Doing:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care at all times
