Location & Compensation
Position located in Schaumburg, Illinois. Compensation ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and monthly incentives after the first 3 months of employment.

Escrow Closing Assistant (onsite)
About the Role
This position assists in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, payoffs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements. The assistant ensures homebuyers are satisfied, participates in marketing, maintains the office lobby, welcomes guests, and answers incoming calls with professional telephone etiquette.
Your Responsibilities
Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions independently from contract execution to closing.
Spot potential closing issues and resolve them timely and professionally.
Prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
Perform assigned clerical duties.
Monitor office supplies and order needed supplies.
Maintain log books.
Administer printer and copier; maintain equipment.
Handle mailing, postage and distribution of mail.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Reception and/or customer service training preferred.
Microsoft Office experience required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base hourly rate: $17.70 - $31, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and geographic pay differentials. Position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) matching plan, paid parental leave, an associate assistance plan, education assistance, and up to $30,000 in adoption assistance.
