Join a thriving, patient-focused DSO practice in Northern California committed to quality care and clinical excellence. We are seeking a compassionate and confident General Dentist to join our team. This is a full-time, W-2 employed opportunity with a strong daily guarantee, full benefits, and the ability to work alongside experienced general dentists and visiting specialists in a collaborative environment.

Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Preferred: 2 3 Saturdays/month (8:30 AM 4:30 PM) - optional
- One weekday off to maintain a 5-day workweek
Start Date: ASAP
Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
Clinical Scope:
- Fillings, SRPs, crowns, exams/diagnosis
- Extractions and root canals optional handled by in-house specialists if needed

Compensation & Benefits:

- Daily Guarantee: Permanent minimum of $900/day
- Bonus: 21.9% of pure production above $2400/day

Practice Setting:

Established patient base and modern facilities
One full-time general dentist on-site per office currently

Qualifications:

1+ year experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
Confident clinical skills and a strong diagnostic foundation
Able to start ASAP preferred
