Responsibilities
Assist the guests in booking and setting up activities such as dining, golf, massage, and any other requests to help make their stay the best. Respond to and coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services courteously and efficiently, and inform guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities. Demonstrates excellent guest relations skills, verbal communication skills with guests and co‑workers, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
