Responsibilities
Maintain front desk cleanliness.
Keep merchandise clean and ready for display.
Oversee inventory and ensure items are stocked in the gym store.
Achieve individual sales goals assigned by the Merchandise Supervisor.
Greet and assist customers, advising on utilization and care of merchandise.
Qualifications
Ensure guests and members are warmly greeted and promptly assisted.
Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond effectively to member questions and requests.
Maintain maintenance log, fitness profiles, telephone inquiries and group fitness reservations.
