We are seeking a full-time Payee Specialist Administrative Assistant to join our Payee Department and support the financial and administrative needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting rate: $18 per hour
Responsibilities
Managing client financial accounts with care and accuracy
Coordinating timely payments and assisting with budgeting
Communicating directly with clients and family members
Keeping clear, confidential records and preparing reports
Supporting administrative functions in a fast-paced office
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience
Successfully complete background check
Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
Patient and professional with strong communication skills
Comfortable with numbers and learning new systems
Able to juggle multiple responsibilities while staying calm and focused
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree
Experience with QuickBooks or online banking systems
1+ year of accounting, banking, or financial administration
