Required Skills:

• Board Certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Valid medical license and DEA certification
• ACLS/BLS certifications
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
• Strong clinical skills in performing electrophysiology procedures such as ablations, device implants, and explantations
• Excellent communication and patient management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology practice
• Prior experience with complex ablation procedures
• Additional certifications in electrophysiology or cardiac device management
• Knowledge of the latest advancements in electrophysiology technology and practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years post-fellowship experience in electrophysiology
• Prior experience working in hospital, outpatient, or academic settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel occasionally for training or conferences
• Credentialing completion within 90 days; initial temps welcome with clean file
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety protocols
