Warehouse Customer Associate

Seeking a dynamic team member in our Orem location to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced distribution warehouse. The role combines warehouse duties with sales and customer engagement, requiring the ability to lift 50–70 lbs and operate a delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Greet and direct customers.

Provide accurate product information (features, pricing, after‑sales services).

Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.

Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.

Cross‑sell products.

Ensure racks are fully stocked.

Manage returns of merchandise.

Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.

Inform customers about discounts and special offers.

Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.

Stay up‑to‑date with new products/services.

Deliver items to different addresses following assigned routes and schedules.

Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.

Ask for feedback on services and resolve clients’ complaints.

Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Basic math skills.

Be able to lift 50–70 pounds.

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.

Ability to perform in fast‑paced environments.

Valid professional driver’s license.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Good driving record with no traffic violations.

Bonus Points for the Following

Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train).

Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
