We are seeking an experienced Pain Management APRN to join our team in New Hampshire. This position requires a candidate with a background in pain management, and we are not considering new graduates at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients seeking pain management treatment
• Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide patient education on pain management strategies and resources

Requirements:

• Valid APRN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Certification or experience in pain management specialty
• Demonstrated experience working with chronic pain patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
