Job Description
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer's viewpoint
Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
Qualifications
Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time
A fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers
A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude
At least 16 years of age
Pass a criminal background check
Compensation
Starting pay $12 per hour, with potential to earn up to $14.50 per hour after training.
