Details/Requirements:Monday-Friday 8s and 10s available
Call is not required
Will take CRNAs available for 1 day per week
CRNAs are supervised
Case Mix: Adult cases, No Cardiac, prefer candidates with experience in trauma, and OB
Need Local candidates
Credentialing for no dismissed cases or malpractice: 30 days. For any with malpractice history: 120 days
Active Texas license
