- Schedule: Full-Time; 4x10-hour shifts weekly; 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1/2-hour unpaid lunch); Must be available 4 weeks/month

Clinical Details
- Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma Center
- Patients per Day: 1-9
- Patient Age Group: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
- Procedures: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement (No OB, Not likely needed to do blocks)
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity)
Requirements
- Board Certified
- State License: Yes, State of KY (open to licensing)
- Minimum Experience: 1 year (No new graduates)
- Must have recent experience in a large medical center setting
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
- Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
