- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, either 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Clinical Details
- Specialty: Emergency Medicine
- Solo physician coverage
- Annual Visits: 18,000
- Required Procedures: Fracture care, sutures, intubation, preferred POCUS
- Support Staff: MA, RN, NP/PA
- EMR System: Epic
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice (with experience in EM)
- Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Current DEA registration or eligibility for DEA registration
- Proven clinical experience within the physician's specialty area
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient experience
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based care model
- Languages: English (Read, Write, Speak)
- Certifications: ATLS, BLS, PALS
