Compensation
$70,000 – $150,000 per year, performance/commission-based.

Responsibilities

Build and grow your own financial services practice

Create customized financial plans and wealth strategies

Collaborate with specialists to deliver advanced planning solutions

Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow a long-term customer base

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States

No need for visa sponsorship

Must be a local candidate

Obtain licensure prior to onboarding Life & Health, SIE, and 66

Prior sales experience and/or a bachelor\'s degree

No U4 disclosures

Self-motivated with a business mindset

Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment

Previous financial services experience is a plus, but not required
