As a Wealth Manager, you’ll serve as a
trusted primary advisor , leading sophisticated planning conversations while partnering closely with an experienced internal team.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Act as the primary advisor to affluent families and business owners
Lead client meetings, education, and ongoing strategic conversations
Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and other outside advisors to deliver seamless planning
Design and oversee comprehensive financial plans, including:
Tax and estate planning
Cash flow and balance sheet management
Philanthropic and long‑term wealth strategies
Coordinate execution and ongoing plan updates with internal specialists
Investment Oversight
Partner with the Portfolio Manager on investment strategy and design
Oversee asset allocation, rebalancing, and implementation aligned with client goals

$200K–$250K base salary + significant incentive compensation
