Job Overview

The Loader Warehouse is responsible for supporting the outbound loading of completed pallets onto delivery trailers. Additionally, this role will support the inbound receiving operation, inventory location placement, and replenishment.
Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure accurate loading of customer orders on delivery vehicles
Assist in physical manipulation of product within SAP as needed to facilitate the successful resolution of system errors
Perform other duties assigned by Warehouse Management including, but not limited to, pallet building, pallet loading, and yard management when required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and maintain a high degree of integrity. Ability to multi-task, organize, and delegate tasks to others in a noisy and non-climate controlled environment, with exposure to a variety of high and low temperatures, humidity, wind, and rain
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment lifting 30 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. repetitively
Ability to collaborate within a team environment. Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes
Ability to understand and comprehend written, verbal, and digital work instructions for each work cell in and around the facility
Intentional self-starter who takes initiative and proactively seeks out value-add opportunities
Minimum Qualifications

PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification:
Pallet Jack
Forklift
Double Forklift
Triple-Double
Switch Tractor
Scrubber
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
