At Azura we're transforming the culture of care - and we need a passionate, hands-on Maintenance Director to protect our residents and team while creating a space everyone loves calling home. You\'ll report directly to the Executive Director and own everything from emergency fixes to big-picture upkeep.
Responsibilities
Dive in daily with hands-on repairs, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, and safety upgrades
Lead and develop your own housekeeping team
Oversee vendors and ensure every job is completed correctly and on time
Use carpentry, painting, and equipment skills to keep the community looking and feeling amazing
Ensure work directly protects and delights residents
Qualifications
2+ years hands-on facilities maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver\'s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours
Bonus: Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
