What You’ll Do
As a Production Team Member, you’ll work as part of a team assembling high‑quality windows and doors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of production.
Key Responsibilities Include
Rotating between different production lines and job functions.
Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions.
Working safely around moving equipment.
Meeting quality, safety, and production standards every shift.
Supporting team goals through flexibility and teamwork.
Schedule
3rd Shift.
Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
10‑hour shifts.
Overtime on Thursdays as needed.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to pass required pre‑employment testing and work‑ability screen.
Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties.
Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team.
