Overview
We are actively seeking a Merchandiser to join our Tiffany & Co. North America Merchandising team. Tiffany & Co. was founded in New York City in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany, and is a global luxury jeweler synonymous with elegance, innovative design, fine craftsmanship and creative excellence. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, creative coordinator to join our Merchandising team as an integral member in supporting all initiatives in North America.

Job Description
The Coordinator, Merchandising must be able to think strategically while also being hands‑on in overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on product, people and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the central team and the local teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner. In 360‑partnership with zone cross‑functional teams, the Merchandiser will support the team to develop and execute market‑specific merchandising strategies. Primary functions include results‑driven action, derived from zone/ store/ category analysis to drive sales and maximize inventory. In addition, the Merchandiser will support the creation of communication of corporate strategies and product information to the greater retail network and build relationships with leadership. They will analyze and synthesize consumer and market insights and partner closely with New York head‑office product teams as an advocate for larger zone needs.

Responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of daily/weekly/monthly retail sales reports

Analyze assortments and recommend updates to improve store productivity and maximize growth

Monitor trends, partner with Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks/opportunities

Lead performance deep dives to guide the Merchandising team in developing store/collection/category strategies

Analyze data to drive sales and maximize inventory

Partner with Merchandising leaders to support initiatives and strategies

Create presentations to clearly communicate analytic findings

Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed

Manage daily stock movements and rebalance needs.

In partnership with zone client teams, execute caravans, selling events and innovative concepts/animations to drive sales through enhanced client loyalty and recruitment

Develop and negotiate category, both assortments and forecasts, with New York head‑office product team.

Assortment flex, rebalance and reorder.

Support the creation of comprehensive 360 action plans to drive new launches as well as larger category ambitions.

Identify new business opportunities through sales analysis, retail feedback and competitive research.

In partnership with zone client teams and merchandising leadership, execute caravans, selling events and innovative concepts/animations to drive sales through enhanced client loyalty and recruitment.

The hiring range for this position ranges between $77,000 and $90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
