
Group Quality Financial Manager

This position is responsible for:
Providing guidance and support to the Group Quality Operations team managing their financial activities and developing annual budget and forecast
Consolidation of Group Quality and Warranty Performance Metrics & Reporting (Stellantis Leadership Team deck)
Managing the International Warranty and Claim Billing process (including Adequacy & Rate Development)
Lead and direct Global Quality & Warranty process convergence between regions and continuous improvement initiatives with priority on increasing alignment, transparency and controllership
Liaison for regional finance teams, offering guidance and support to help drive cross-regional collaboration, facilitating communication among different teams
Coaching/developing others in enhancing individual project management skills

Develop strong financial control abilities, relating to spending and asset creation
Gain exposure to Finance and Operations functions within the Corporation locally and globally
Program Management of North America and Global projects
Utilize process automation skills using cutting edge software
In depth understanding of Finance & Accounting systems (SAP, Essbase, Onestream etc.) functionality
How to work with Global Q&W Operations and Finance counterparts while practicing finance management (forecasts, budgets)
Global Quality, Warranty and Safety process throughout the vehicle lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degree
Minimum 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience
Ability to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close process
High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel & PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Business Process Re-engineering & Project Management skills
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with Financial system and reporting tools
Outstanding presentation preparation and delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Automotive manufacturing industry experience
Supervisory skills preferred
Expertise in various areas of Finance and Accounting within Stellantis
