Onboarding Specialist
to play a key role in supporting and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for all new hires. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail‑oriented, and excel at multitasking.

Salary:
$45,000-55,000/yr
Bonus:
$1,000–$2,000 in monthly incentives
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in onboarding, preferably in a fast‑paced staffing or high‑volume environment.
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you perform proactively and with urgency.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, onboarding platforms, and compliance requirements (Avionte’ and Fieldglass a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Self‑starter who thrives in a team‑oriented, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during busy/peak times.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires including new hire paperwork, background check/screening, data and document collection and submission, and monitoring the status of each step.
Utilization of various software and programs in order to complete a high‑volume of data entry.
Serve as the go‑to contact for new employees, answering questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Work closely with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation.
