Sr. Product Manager, Lifecycle, Marketing and Prime
The MX Lifecycle Senior Product Manager studies customer behavior to uncover insights and improve engagement. The Senior Product Manager works closely with central teams and other marketplaces to drive customer engagement by experimenting to identify new scalable solutions, launching new products or programs in MX, influencing marketing strategies based on deep customer understanding, and guiding marketing investment strategies.
Key Qualifications
Self‑starter with strong attention to detail, capable of diving deep and working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment; consultative approach to help internal customers achieve their goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; entrepreneurial spirit, ability to influence others, and strong cross‑functional leadership.
Rigorous testing, measurement, and iteration mindset to continuously improve results.
Experience collaborating closely with consumer marketing, category teams and international teams (central teams and peers worldwide).
Key Responsibilities
Own experimental testing design to uncover key insights and inform future campaigns.
Develop segmentation models for retargeting key segments with experimental lifecycle offers and messaging.
Drive onsite improvements and customer‑facing experiments to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, buyers, designers, and merchandisers.
Partner with program owners across Amazon to iterate and test different ways to drive lifecycle progression.
Partner with technical and business teams to drive automation.
Partner with global teams to identify best practices, processes, and systems required to deliver desired programs in MX and manage local implementation.
Own planning, design, and execution of cross‑channel product marketing initiatives that drive adoption of new shopping behaviors and repeat purchasing.
Document best practices in execution and reporting to serve as a model for partner teams.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
+7 years of stakeholder management.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
