
Mixing Operator

Arcadia Beverage is a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non‑alcoholic / non‑carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors. We make orange juices, lemonades, and teas in ready‑to‑drink bottles.
We are currently looking for a Mixing Operator Team Member in the Arden, NC area. This position is responsible for weighing and measuring bulk ingredients into manufacturing tanks for blending.
Schedule
12‑hour shifts; 5 AM to 5 PM or 5 PM to 5 AM with alternating 3‑day weekends.
Responsibilities
Operate mixing equipment per established procedures.
Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring their accuracy.
Follow batch ticket instructions accurately.
Visually inspect the quality of each batch before sending samples to the lab.
Work to produce a quality product in a safe, clean manner following GMPs.
Support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule.
Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to leadership.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
