Overview
Loyal Source is looking for a Service/Permit Coordinator (Security Equipment Installations) for an employment opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to schedule services and installations.
Order parts and manage billing processes.
Follow up on open tickets to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of equipment in company vehicles.
Assist in obtaining city permits for installations.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a Coordinator or Dispatcher position.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Strong phone communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to use vision abilities, including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color vision on a computer for extended periods.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits
Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and holidays.
Pay
$20 per hour.
