Job Title
The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our team that is based out of the McKinney, TX site supporting the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS), Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EO/IRS) businesses. This position will be responsible for the daily business execution and financial activities for a set of programs mainly produced out of the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center.
What You Will Do
Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.
Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.
Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.
Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor.
Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. Performance of additional ad‑hoc analysis will be required as well.
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience using SAP business systems.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience using PRISM EV (Preferred).
Interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and execution.
Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries to customer, organization, and peers.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and accurately analyze data.
