Role
We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team at our Wyoming, IL location. In this on-site role, the Accountant will handle day-to-day financial management tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing account reconciliations, maintaining payroll records, and preparing tax filings. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with budget preparation, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in an on-site environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar accounting role is preferred
