Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Boise, ID. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions including preparing financial reports, maintaining ledger accounts, reconciling balances, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role will involve collaborating across departments to improve financial processes, as well as analyzing and interpreting financial data to support decision-making. Precise documentation and strong organizational skills are essential.
Qualifications
Financial Reporting, General Ledger Accounting, and Reconciliation skills
Knowledge of Payroll Processing and Accounts Payable/Receivable
Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP software) and Microsoft Excel
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and provide recommendations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in manufacturing or a related industry preferred
CPA certification or progress toward CPA designation is a plus
