Molding Operator
Location: Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Shift Times
1st Shift: 6:45 am—3:00 pm
2nd Shift: 2:45 pm—11:00 pm
3rd Shift: 10:45 pm—7:00 am (Monday Night – Saturday Morning)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Molding Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Molding Operator, you will be responsible for verifying and packing molded components based on standard procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate molding machines in accordance with specific job orders and company guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor the molding process to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet required specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Molding Operator
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime, as needed.
