Job Duties
Provide technical leadership and lead the movable bridge projects.
Serve as a technical resource to the project team and mentor young engineers.
Perform existing bridge inspection, and condition assessment, and develop rehabilitation strategies.
Ability to develop technical reports, documents, client communication and technical memoranda.
Prepare contract drawings, technical specifications, design calculations, technical reports, and construction cost estimates.
Need to be able to perform work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
PE license in the state of IL or Wisconsin or w/ ability to obtain the same in the next 2 years.
Knowledge of 3D finite element software such as CSiBridge, MIDAS, SAP2000, etc.
Railroad bridge design experience is a plus.
