Prominent New York City based mid-sized Law Firm is seeking a receptionist/assistant to join their dynamic support team. Great opportunity for a candidate who loves the hospitality world but wants to do it in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as an ambassador of the firm

Be the first point of contact for in-person visitors

Answering and directing telephone calls

Greet, announce, and escort guests

Reserve conference rooms

Maintain appearance and organization of front desk and reception area

Hours are 8am – 4pm with some light paid OT beyond related to onsite events

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing, professional services environment

Professional with a polished demeanor

Excellent interpersonal and client service skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Be a punctual, organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
