
Senior, Data Analyst – Market Research & Survey Analytics

* Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.* 5–6 years of experience in primary survey-based market research, consulting, or a comparable client-facing environment.* Hands-on experience with advanced survey analytics (e.g., statistical testing, regression, segmentation, pricing research, and trade-off methods such as MaxDiff and Conjoint).* Experience delivering in a client-facing, revenue-generating analytics/research environment, with accountability for quality and timelines.* Proficiency in R, Python, SAS, or similar, and ability to produce client-ready narratives and visualizations.* Experience improving or formalizing analytical or research processes, standards, or ways of working in evolving or scaling teams.* **Experience supporting analytics productization or reusable research solutions** in partnership with product or technology teams.Fifty years ago, Sam Walton started a single mom-and-pop shop and transformed it into the world's biggest retailer.
