Shipping Processor Lead

The shipping processor lead will process all incoming electronic customer orders, assign pickers to each order and verify order completion before customer shipment. Act as a coach for all shipping processing questions with problem solving attributes.
What you’ll do
Accurately review, process, print and verify order completion
Train and coach all shipping processors
Track mis-ships and mistakes for problem resolution
Process orders from our online store into our WMS system
Review each order ensuring customer demographic, payments and inventory accuracy
Answer customer service‑related phone calls and email requests
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
Support documentation as needed
Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior warehouse experience a plus
1+ year experience in a lead role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
Excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to learn and describe products accurately and thoroughly
Customer Service experience preferred
NetSuite experience a bonus
Physical Demands
Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises:
