Key Responsibilities
As a District Manager, you are responsible for the total oversight of 5-8 locations, ensuring each drive-in operates at peak efficiency.
Operational Leadership:
Ensure every "stall" and "drive-thru" experience meets brand speed and accuracy benchmarks.
Quality Control:
Audit food preparation and service standards to ensure consistency across the district.
Financial Performance:
Drive top-line sales growth while managing prime costs (Labor and COGS). You will be held accountable for the P&L health of your entire patch.
Team Building:
Recruit, hire, and train General Managers. You will focus on building a culture of accountability, high energy, and "service with a smile."
Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to health department regulations, safety protocols, and internal auditing standards.
Marketing Execution:
Coordinate with local store marketing efforts to drive community engagement and promotional success.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit experience in the QSR or fast-casual industry (drive-in or high-volume drive-thru experience is a major plus).
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to look at a P&L and immediately identify where the opportunities for improvement lie.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel between locations daily to provide on-the-floor coaching.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using modern POS systems, inventory management software, and scheduling tools.

$80,000 – $85,000 base annual pay.
