Qualifications
& Skills
Minimum 5–8 years of experience operating concrete pumps (boom or line pumps).
Certification from the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) preferred
Strong understanding of pump mechanics, hydraulic systems, and equipment operation.
Key
Responsibilities
Operate concrete pumps (boom pump and/or line pump) to place concrete accurately at designated locations.
Perform daily inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance of the pump and associated equipment.
Set up, position, and stabilize the pump safely before operation.
Coordinate with the concrete crew, foreman, and mixer truck drivers to ensure smooth pumping operations.
Monitor pump pressure, flow, and equipment performance during operation.
