Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead, coach, and elevate our BDC team. This role is responsible for driving performance, accountability, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop a team of BDRs
Track and manage KPIs: calls, appointments set/shown, and sold
Enforce CRM processes and ensure quality follow-up
Improve appointment show rates and conversion performance
Collaborate closely with Sales and Service leadership
Monitor call quality, provide coaching, and drive accountability
Analyze data and implement strategies to improve results
What We’re Looking For
Proven BDC, automotive sales, or call center management experience
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Experience with CRM tools (VinSolutions preferred)
Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and accountability
High level of organization and communication skills
