What you will be doing: Drive New Business: Identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, social media, and referrals
Build Strong Partnerships: Develop long-term client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and challenges
Deliver Talent Solutions: Partner with recruiters to source and present top-tier candidates
Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to final offer
Ensure Quality Matches: Interview and assess candidates to ensure both skill and culture fit
Create Exceptional Experiences: Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates at every step
Stay Ahead of the Market: Leverage industry insights to position our services competitively
Stay Organized: Keep accurate records using CRM tools to manage pipelines and opportunities
What you must have: 3-5+ years in agency staffing (BD or full-desk experience preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
A results-driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding targets
Experience in one or more verticals (Tech, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Operations etc.)
High motivation and comfort working in a performance-based, 100% commission-only environment
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Professionalism, integrity, and accountability
