Client Specialist

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. We deliver personalized service with the global resources of Marsh. A day in the life is to support the Client Management team with timely and accurate handling of client accounts, and provide ongoing administrative, marketing and client service support to ensure client needs and expectations are met.

Provide ongoing administrative, marketing and client service support to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications
High School diploma or general education degree
1-3 years’ experience in employee benefits or insurance related company
1-3 years’ experience in customer service
Additional Qualifications (not required)
Some college or higher education preferred
Missouri Life & Health license (required within 90 days of hire; company paid)
