
Windows and VMware Administrator – CDI

The Department is responsible for the daily monitoring and the proper functioning of the internal and external systems.
In order to support our team, we are looking for a Windows and VMware Administrator on a permanent contract.
Your main tasks will be to:
Install, configure, patch & maintain the Bank’s operating systems: Windows server, VMware infrastructure, VDI and SCCM
Ensure availability and stability of servers
Provide level 2 support for all Windows, VMware, VDI and SCCM related matters
Perform investigation and recommend any improvement
Ability to take ownership/responsibility of tasks assigned and issues arising in daily and project‑related work including respecting deadlines
Job requirements:
Must‑Haves:
Working experience (3 years min.) with Windows server, VMware, VDI and SCCM infrastructure
Capacity to identify risk
Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written) – French considered as an advantage
Ability to work in team and participate to the out‑of‑office hour support on‑call program
Good communication and organisation skills
Working as a part of team is essential
Initiative taker
Ability to write and maintain operational documentation
Assets:
Knowledge of High Availability solutions for each technology
Experience with backup/restore tool: Veeam and TSM
Experience with Exchange and Sharepoint
Experience with Citrix
Knowledge of technical investigation
Previous experience in a financial institution
