This job is located in Denver with a flexible in-office schedule.
Role Description

This role with be the go-to resource for all IT needs for a start-up Oil & Gas company.
Manage overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in a variety of IT functional areas, in coordination with third-party ITprovider.
Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with third-party Information Technology provider.
Ensure IT provider is satisfactorily supporting the Dunamis technology environment
Coordinate with the third-party IT provider to resolve team member issues, completeprojectsand plan for future needs.
Collaborate with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks.
Analyze business needs andcontributesto the selection of IT hardware and software to support internal business processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems andassistswith the planning and scheduling of IT initiatives.
Support Dunamis productivity by recommending, reviewing, implementation and management of data analytics,automationand AI initiatives;identifyingand implementing cost savings,efficiencyand productivity measures.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications

7+ Years of experience in IT
5+ Years of experience with oil and gas systems & software, including setup and troubleshooting
Experience managing a third-party technology provider
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Ability to independently manage the technology support function for a small company
Ability to manage and hold accountable third-party technology provider
Ability to work well in a team and a high pace professional work environment
Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage priorities and timeffectively and meet deadlines
Service mentality and approach to supporting business and worker technology needs
Possess a working knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Networks, and Cyber Security
An ideal candidate will also have strong data management and analytics skills with attention to detail, and working knowledge of SQL programing language
Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000. Actual individual salaries aredeterminedthrough a wide variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other organizational needs. In addition, our Benefits & Compensation package includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k)match, and generous paid time off.
