IT Support Specialist

You’ll troubleshoot a wide variety of end user environments with senior engineers and get the hands‑on technical experience that will grow your career.

We'll Provide:

$50,000+ scalable based upon experience

What You’ll Do:

Support common business applications (O365) via email, phone, and on-site support for 100+ SMB’s

Maintain client networks and network security (LAN/WAN, firewalls, access points, switches)

Troubleshoot a wide variety of on-premises and cloud environments

Prioritize tickets, set client expectations, provide incredible customer service, and accurately document client issue

Strong interpersonal skills, positive mentality, and ability to change tasks rapidly—as a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans

Confidence and commitment to top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stay organized and follow tasks through to completion with accuracy

Willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills

0-2 years of hands‑on PC support experience

Office 365 experience

A general knowledge of different hardware platforms, cloud services, and line of business applications
