About the role
At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day. In this role, you will work cross‑functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world’s information. We are responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
The AI Rapid Response Team (AIRRT) is looking for a Forward Deployed Full Stack Group Product Manager, a hybrid product engineer and orchestrator who develops in high‑velocity, high‑ambiguity environments. Unlike traditional Product Manager roles, you won’t just write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs); you will be embedded directly within strategic partner teams (e.g., Waymo, Treasury, Data Centers) for month engagements to co‑build production‑ready AI agents and ML efficiency solutions. In this role, you are responsible for building the initial bespoke, high‑impact solutions that value before they are generalized for the broader Google platform. You will use vibe coding and agentic engineering tools to turn abstract ideas into clickable, production‑ready reality in days, not months.
Responsibilities
Embed with partner organizations to identify high‑value AI use cases that address Priority zero (P0) initiatives or VP‑level requests.
Use AI‑native tools to prototype full‑stack applications, replacing static documentation with live demos to close the imagination gap for partners.
Leverage the terminal and agentic CLI tools (e.g., Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Claude Code) to build and refine specialized AI agents that automate complex Google‑specific tasks.
Act as the primary interface between AI/ML researchers and production environments, ensuring that solutions are production‑ready and deliver massive Return on Investment.
Act as customer zero for emerging internal developer tools, automating your own operational toil and providing technical feedback to platform teams to drive product improvements.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $240,000–$334,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
