Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Engage with children in play, arts, and educational activities.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress.
Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Flexible and adaptable to changing classroom needs.
Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment.
