Youth Climbing Coach: Build Skills, Confidence & Growth

Central Rock Gym is looking for a Non-Competitive Coach to lead youth climbing practices in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. This role involves creating structured training programs, ensuring athlete engagement, and reinforcing community values. Ideal candidates should have at least four years of climbing experience and a passion for coaching youth athletes. Coaches will lead practices, communicate with staff, and uphold the organization's code of conduct while promoting excitement for climbing.
