We are working with a highly respected Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in the Southern California. They are seeking experienced Attorneys, who will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of Personal Injury claims clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court.

2+ years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.

California Bar license

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California and good standing
2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Extensive knowledge of insurance law, regulations, and court procedures
Proven experience handling insurance defense litigation cases independently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Salary and Other Compensation
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between
$140,000 – $250,000
annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
