Job Description
Triangle Family Dentistry's AB&B Management is the central billing office for multiple dental practices. The role is to provide back‑office services, including insurance verifications and database management for insurance plans, ensuring current eligibility status for patients to ensure proper coverage.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Be professional, punctual, reliable, and accountable for the quality of your work.
Answer phone according to telephone etiquette protocol, striving for 100% answer rate.
Enforce office policies and protocols with guests discreetly, tactfully, and professionally.
Maintain guest accounts/records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information with a high degree of accuracy.
Monitor daily insurance correspondence from Home Office, coordinate with dental offices for resolution of issues.
Keep informed and updated on OSHA regulations and HIPAA requirements.
Always adhere to service and brand representation.
Commit to providing excellent customer service.
Maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations.
Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental setting.
