
Pricing and Contract Specialist (Remote)

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Pricing and Contract Specialist in El Segundo, CA.
Responsibilities
Membership & Account Support
Assist with new account setup, customer ID maintenance, and basic membership updates
Review, validate, and approve Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) portal activations
Monitor Contract Membership Support inbox and resolve membership‑related inquiries
Pricing & Contract Support
Support simple pricing requests using predefined templates and guidelines
Prepare pricing exhibits and administrative documentation for analyst review
Assist with pricing uploads, renewals, and scheduled maintenance activities in the contract management system (SAP)
Request Pipeline & Coordination
Track progress of contract requests, expirations, price increases, and provide status updates to stakeholders
Support scheduling and status reporting for renewals and pricing requests
Maintain request and pipeline trackers, assign outbound requests, and prepare files for analyst assignment
Reporting & Documentation
Run customer spend reports and distribute to internal stakeholders
Support recurring reporting (monthly, quarterly) on operational metrics using established templates
Update SOPs, job aids, and documentation as needed
System & Testing Support (Non‑Analytical)
Assist with test execution by following predefined test scripts and process documentation
Document results, defects, and observations for analyst and IT review
Requirements
BS degree
2-3 years of work experience in a similar operational role
Ability to apply a detailed understanding of financial concepts and principles to business operations
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize own work and projects with minimal supervision
Success with working in a collaborative, service‑oriented team environment
Expert in Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP and reporting systems
Desired Skills
SAP experience
Data software tools, such as Tableau
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability and ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
