
Part-Time Nursing Transportation

Safely transport residents/patients to appointments, procedures, and scheduled outings
Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
Secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility equipment properly
Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times
Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies
Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition
Complete transportation logs and required documentation accurately
Report vehicle maintenance needs, incidents, or concerns promptly
Communicate effectively with nursing staff, scheduling staff, and leadership regarding transport needs
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and any required screenings
Previous driving experience preferred, especially in healthcare or senior care settings
Ability to safely assist individuals with mobility needs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality required
CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain, if required)
Schedule
Part-time hours based on facility needs
Flexible weekday schedule may include occasional evenings or weekends
