This is a full-time hybrid position for an Attorney licensed in either Tennessee or Alabama and either Kentucky or Georgia. The Attorney will be responsible for reviewing lawsuits, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in debt collections.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law, including a strong understanding of debt collections
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admittance to the relevant state bar
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently
