Senior Family Law Attorney

We are working with an Award Winning Law Firm, specializing in Family Law litigation. They are looking for a Senior Family Law Attorney to join the team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 6+ years of experience, with a portable book of business.
Requirements:
6+ years of family law experience
Portable Book of business
Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
Licensed and in good standing in North Carolina
Responsibilities:
Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels
Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
The annual salary for this position is between 175k-225k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
