Wage Claims Investigator - Intake & Compliance

The California Department of Industrial Relations is seeking an individual capable of conducting investigations under the supervision of a Deputy Labor Commissioner. You will coordinate workshops for intake claims, educate the public on labor laws, and assist in the enforcement of wage and hour laws. Candidates must be reachable on an employment list or have transfer or reinstatement eligibility. This role is based in Sacramento, California and includes a variety of responsibilities within the WCA program.
